Built in 1943 by Beechcraft bureau number 51043. Used to train bombardiers, gunners and navigators. Can carry ten 100 lb bombs. Has a Crocker Wheeler electrically powered turret with twin 30 caliber guns along with a tunnel gun in the lower aft fuselage. Has an operational Norden bombsight that could be connected to the C-1 autopilot used on all bombers in WWII which allowed the bombardier to fly the aircraft throught the bombsight. This is one of 2 still flying out of 360 built for the navy, The army version which had 1582 ordered was the AT-11.
